Good morning all! I am just popping in to say hi. I am new to sparkpeople. I am 40, a wife, mom, physical therapist turned massage therapist and now working on getting my health coaching certification. I have recently left my unhealthy eating habits and exchanged them for a healthy lifestyle for myself and my family. I still have some quirks to work out. Eating when I am out socially is still an issue for me. I crash and burn. I have 7-10 more pounds I would like to get rid of that I am having trouble shaking. So I am hoping to learn the little things from my schooling and this wonderful site that take my life from great to fabulous and MINE! :) I want to feel like I am choosing everything that I want in my life and in my body, and that I am not being controlled by food and the "everybody" voices in my head that tell me how I should live. I am excited to be here!
