I have to agree 13pounds is Great. I am recently divorced mother of 3. So it was a wake up call when I even thought about going out to meet someone new. I guess right now its me time. At least thats what my mom says. Take care of you and the girls, so thats what I have been doing I have lost 15 pounds in 2 months. I should have lost more but I was not walking or doing any type of exercise, I plan on starting a walking routine everyday. Good luck on your journey.
I am a 33 year old, morbidly obese divorced mother of two. I work third shift as a cna in an local nursing home. For the last month i've been cutting down on calories and working out on a regular bases. So far, I've lost 13 pounds and two pants sizes. I know that's not much, but it's a start. I could sure use some support from other people with the same problems. right now, my goal is still 118 pounds away, so wish me luck, and hi.
