Hi, my name is Desiree. I've been over weight since I was a teenager. In 2007 I lost almost 100 pounds by biking to and from work every day, and doing 20 miles every other Sunday. I got lazy and quit, so I gained it all back. I am hoping to get down to at least 120 which should be healthy for my 5'5" frame. I bought an elliptical today on Amazon.com, the Horizon Fitness EX-59 Elliptical Trainer and plan on using it regularly for exercise as well as the kettle bells I still have. Anyway, my biggest issue is keeping up with a regular routine, especially now since my work has horribly odd working hours that constantly change, so it's really hard to plan a routine. So yeah this is me :) Hi
