Well first let me start by saying I'm so happy I found this site. It will take some getting used to but I think I will get through it! So far I have had one set back..when it's my husband's days off I fall off the wagon...very time! Is it bad that I use those 2 days as rest days and allow myself some treats? Keeping in mind though, I don't want to ruin the Orkney I have done the rest of the week! I hope I will be able to stick to this and get a handle on those weight/ fitness thing. Being accountable to the food tracker already has me wanting to make good choices..who wants to write that they had a peanut buster parfait for supper! ( I didn't do that by the way). I have 3 huge motivators in my life...my husband.... I want to feel good enough about myself so that we can get some romance back. And my 2 kids. One is 3 and the other is 4 months. I want to be aable to show them healthy habits as well as be able to keep up with them. There you have it. That is me....let's get moving and get healthy together!!!!
