You have taken the first step and are here. I encourage you to just focus on taking baby steps by adding a new goal or 2 every couple weeks in the begining and as you feel more confident bump up your goals you can do this remember slow and steady wins the race. :)
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. Welcome!!! Don't be too overwhelmed! Take this only one day at a time. Give yourself small goals to achieve everyday like: today I will drink all my water. Or today I will walk for 20 minutes. Then by the end of your first week you feel amazing because you were able to achieve so many goals and you more than likely will see a loss on the scale!! You can to it!! We are all here for you. Just found this site and am excited to get started and yet overwhelmed looking at the 100+ pounds to go from here! Seems crazy but hey, I got here 1 pound at a time, and I can take it off 1 pound at a time as well.
