I am doing the same thing. I hate the word diet and I hate how it makes me feel. I'm focusing on healthy food and healthy portions...but no stress. This isn't about perfection, it's about putting one foot in front of the other and staying in motion towards our goal.

So this time around I'm just learning to except my body and be comfortable in my own skin and now my goal is to live without feeling depressed and denial about my weight. I've decided Not to say I'm dieting but eating better to stay alive and shed some weight. I've struggled with weight my whole life that's why I'm looking at it in a whole different perspective. Here's to a NEW BEGINNING in my life. Took years to gain all this weight and it's going to take time to lose it.
