That is a tough one. When you are tired your resistance can be very low. I always try to keep hydrated by drinking lots of water. It can help you to feel less hungry or snacky. Also, a vigorous bought of exercise can cut cravings and reduce fatigue. Sometimes controlling cravings can be very hard. I would suggest keeping healthy snacks handy like fruits and veggies. Instead of reaching for a cupcake, grab an apple! One of my favorite healthy treats is frozen strawberries. Tasty but very low in sugar, carbohydrates, calories, and fat.
