Hello and welcome to the team, don't let it make you feel overwhelmed just take it one day at a time and use baby steps to make it work. For instance focus on 8 glasses of water or something you know you can do and then once you become good at it add another step to your goals. :) You can do it just remember slow and steady wins the race.
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Hello and to the team. Don't be scared. Just take it one day at a time. Learning about health and fitness, and losing weight takes time. Just keep focused on your goals and take steps to reach them. I try to keep in mind that it took time for me to put the weight on, and it will take time to take it off again. Keep at it and you will get there.
