I agree with the one day at a time thing, really it is just that. I've recently read Dr. Furhman's book Eat to Live and it makes a lot of sense. So one day at a time for about a week i've been incorporating healthier eating and I think my pants are fitting a little better!

Hi, I'm Katrina, got about 125 lbs to lose, I will be 40 in about 6 months and want to get fit for myself and also my 2.5 year old son, and my wonderful hubby. I struggle with staying motivated and also my sweet tooth. I don't love to cook, and prefer easy meals, hence, hamburgers etc, I love LOVE hamburgers. So that is my downfall, hopefully someone can tell me what they do to overcome these temptations. Wish you all well in your weightloss journey!
