Hello and welcome to the team, you can do this just take it slow and keep making small goals that will push you toward you overall goal.

*** Sharleen *** Motivational captain 30 something challenge

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

I am low carbing and I have PCOS and insulin resistance. I am 316lbs and need to make this change for the rest of my life. I just started this week and even got the courage to go to the gym. I am not going to stop my momentum. I have done low carb before and it did work for me but I never seem to follow through with anything in life. This is not a journey of weith loss this is going to be a journey of mind change. I have got to get a grip on the metophoric rope that everyone else around me is climbing. I know it is hard but I have to atleast try right?

Whether you think you can, or that you can't, You're right!
