Hi Chrissy and welcome to the team, you can do this by taking things one day at a time. Small changes will help make it through to larger ones.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Hi, my name is Chrissy and I am 30 year old single mother of 3 boys. One of my classmates in college directed me to this site and has lost over 100 lbs. I am very excited to be a part of this community and would love to lose 100 lbs. also. I have tried lots of diets and they always seem to fail no matter what. I am at the heaviest I have ever been and I know people always say after you turn 30 its so much harder to lose the weight. I hope this works and I will need extra support and motivation. I am the type of person who always helps people with whatever they need, so I'm hoping this team can give me some support as well. I am excited to be a part of this community and cant wait to meet new people.
