Hey everyone! This is my first time trying SP, so far so good. I am liking everything this web site has to offer. I need an extra push and motivation to get my head back into the game. This year has been very stressful between trying to balance an injury, school, planning a wedding, and trying to adjust going from an 8-5 work day to a 2-11pm work day. Since I have been on this night shift at work, I have gained WAY to much and I am just upset about it. I am still trying to balance how to eat right, fit a work out in and actually get decent rest. So it's a bit of a struggle. So I think, I have finally found something that may just be what I needed to knock some of this extra junk off lol. I wish every good luck with their goals!
