Hello I am new to this site and trying to figure out how to work things. My boyfriend and i both have 110 pounds to loose and we started our health regimen in October. We walk 2 miles a day and lift weights for 20 minutes afterwords. we have also added cardio kick boxing 2-3 times a week. Our time on this varies depending on how much we can do at one time. We have yet to see a noticeable drop in weight but walking has gotten easier and we seem to have more energy. We are also taking a powdered multivitamin and protein shake as well as fish oil capsules. We have sworn off soda (we really don't miss it though we did drink it a lot) and sweets accept for once a week. We have been trying new fruits and veggies and trying to not eat so much pasta and potatoes. I think we did well at thanks giving and did not over eat ad only had a slice of pie each. We haven't been counting calories persay but have been trying to get the most out of the calories we do consume.
