It is a matter of starting at the begining and making small changes and finding what will work. Remember that no matter how hard you tray there are going to be roadblocks or unexpected turns ... it is just a matter of sticking with it and keep pushing through. You can do it start small and just keep adding.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Hello everyone. I am going to be turning 30 at the end of this month. I have been obese and over weight my entire 20's. I don't want to be in this body anymore. I want to be a happy person, from the inside out. I am so sick of the way I am treated. Lately it has really gotten to me. People making pig sounds as I walk by, the dirty looks, the feeling of being trapped and hating myself has become over whelming. I want to be a good example to my three year old son. I want to be able to enjoy out door activities with my husband and son comfortably with out the stares and snide remarks of others. I am looking for people who want encouragement, and accountability, and friendship as I embark on this journey to self discovery. I want to loose 130 pounds and I want to do it with out the aid of surgery.
