You can do this, just keep going one day at a time. Slow and steady wins the race.

*** Sharleen *** Motivational captain 30 something challenge

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Trash! Trash! That's it. Toss them. You don't need stuff like that in your home. If you just have to have a treat make it hard to get it. If you have to get up, possibly dress/redress, and leave the house to get it, it can help end cravings. If it is worth it to go get it...then get a small single serving and eat it before you go back home. That really helped me.I'm struggling with "re-starting" losing right now, but I still don't bring the junk home and it helps me maintain.

Well, I've been on Spark for quite a while now even though I basically abadoned it for alsmost 2 years. What I also abandoned was looking after my own health... I have started over and have begun (again) to make healthier food choices. One of my biggest battles has always been with my cravings, especially on weekends or when I'm alone. Well, I managed to make it throught the weekend (alone) without going crazy and again last night (alone) I was ready to give in and eat something bad for me (even though I was far from hungry). I resisted the temptation to binge on the baked goods I have in my fridge which is a major deal for me! Usually, I give in then feel guilty about the whole thing then pretty much give up on myself. Not this time!!!!!! To Hell with you Peanut Butter Brownies!!!!! LOL! (They're going out in the trash when I get home from work today!!!)
