Sorry if this gets posted twice, still figuring this out.
Hello all! My name is Teresa and I am 38 y/o. I need to lose over 200lbs. I recently went through a breakup of a long term relationship. In the last three months, I lost my job, my partner, and moved across the country. I now live with family and have a work from home job. This has been great and gives me a lot of freedom with my time. I am attempting to take up hiking which I love, but it's been stressful on my body so it's a slow start. The hardest part is making better food choices. I dont eat out much anymore which is a great change for me, but my family is all skinny and they eat junk on a regular basis. They dont even like healthy food, which makes it even harder trying to fit in. I've heard good things about Spark People and am excited to meet new friends in the same boat and maybe share some tips/tricks.
