Hello and welcome to the team, just remember slow and steady wins the race. Make some baby goals and build on them as you get better at things. And take life one day at a time or on a bad day it my be one minute at a time! But you can and will do it.

Hi There, I'm new and really nervous about the whole forum thing but it's nice to know I'm amongst people who are going through the same thing I am.
I'm a stay at home mother of a 5 yr old and a 2 yr old. When I gave up smoking the weight piled on and on and on. I'm looking forward to taking control again :)
