I'm your typical 240lb, fat all my life, tried everything/nothing works, married with kid, desperate to lose, scared to try kind of gal. SparkPeople was mentioned in a weightloss article on the Huffington Post and I decided to check it out. So here I am praying that this will help me stay motivated for longer than five minutes. I really need help dealing with cravings and emotional eating. I know what I should be eating. Actually choosing fresh/lean/healthy over fast/yummy/fattening is very difficult (maybe impossible?!) for me. To add to that, i'm trying to concieve and struggling. Not to mention I know how hard a pregnancy would be at my weight. I need help. I need support. I need to get this effing weight off. Thanks for reading.
