Just keep pushing forward, but remember in order to continue to move forward you may have to take a step back every now and then. You can do this and will make it through remember it is mind over matter and your mind seems to be in the right place. One day at a time will get you through.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Hey there!!! My name is Cristy Blonk. I actually started my journey back in January. I started out at 400 lbs. So It's been a pretty successful year. The last couple of months have been quite the challenge though. I am joining this sight in hopes to find the strength and encouragement that I need to keep pushing forward. The holiday season is here which is a whole new obstacle. I started out so incredibly strong... and 70 lbs later I feel like I've lost a lot of that. I just cant let myself go backwards. This is way too important.
Any words of advice and all tips are GREATLY appreciated!!!
