Hello and welcome to the team. you can do it just remember to take it one day at a time. And focus on the good while learning from the bad. We all have bad days, but if you let that take you down you will have a hard time making it. Baby steps usally work best for me because if something is working you can keep going with it and add another step and if it dose not work just back up 1 step and try something else.
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

I am a 30 year old mom who has just gone back to work after being a stay at home mom for the past 3 years. I gained over 80 pounds when I got pregnant with my son and have never lost it. It is somewhat depressing looking at photos from before I got pregnant. Anyways, I am here to make a change in my eating habits and try my best to exercise more often. I would also like to find new friends who have similar goals and maybe a gym partner/motivator. Very excited to get my weight back under control finally.
