*** Sharleen *** Motivational captain 30 something challenge
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.
My name is Crystal and I'm 30. I've put my health on the back burner for far too long and I'm ready to make that priority. In the past, I've focused on the superficial reasons to lose weight and while those motivated me for a while, I ultimately lost the motivation. This time around I want (and need) to make this a lifestyle change. I'd like to lose at least 110 lbs. and, most importantly, keep it off.
I've been a SparkPeople member for a while, but haven't really utilized all the tools available. Now, I'm looking to change that. Please feel free to friend me and if you're in the DC Metro area it might be great to be great to workout together (walk the Mall, etc.)
