Hello and welcome to the team, it sounds like you definitely keep yourself busy! But being busy helps to avoid becoming a couch potato. Since starting school 4 weeks ago I have not had the tv on at all. been too busy working or studying. But in the end that is a good thing. Just keep working on keeping yourself busy and you will continue to do awesome.
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

New here. I'm a 35 stay at home mother and wife. I stay very very busy with my children and their activities, my husband and I own our own business, and we pastor a church. I'm always on the go. However, that going equals a lot of driving, waiting, and sitting. Not much exercise and a lot of eating out. I'm struggling with sticking to any program. Motivation is so hard to find and hold on to. We've just moved out of state and to be honest I haven't even found my scale yet. My start weight is my best guess. Maybe I'll get lucky and it will be less than my guess and not more. Any and all support is appreciated. Thanks!
