Hi Robyn welcome to the team, I am a lot like you in that I do not eat enough most day, but I just keep trying to focus on getting in enough food to keep your body happy! There are days where it become hard but if you want to make progress you have to keep pushing. Just remember to take it one day at a time and focus on meeting small goals. You can do it!
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Hi my name is Robyn and I am 39 years old. I have been over weight ever since I had my first son in 1992. I have two wonderful sons that I love more then life its self. I have tried so many diet out there and would lose some weight but as soon as I stopped taking the drugs I would put it right back on and then some. I have finally decided I want to do it the right way without drugs. I have to change the way I eat. My biggest problem is I don't eat enough and my body is trying to hold on to what I do eat because I am starving myself. I have back problems and going through injections in my back so I am limited to the amount of exercise I can do. I have to lose weight for me first but I wont to lose it so I can be around my kids for many many more years. I am here trying to do this alone and it does get hard at times not really having someone around to help me. I hope that is where all of you can help.
