You can definitely do this just focus on what you can do today and make small goals. The smaller goals are the ones that are going to make or break the larger ones so if you say I am going to lose 100 pounds you may or may not. But if you say I am going to lose 10 pounds by november 1st ... you are going to be more apt to work toward your goal which is very attainable. Also remember slow and steady wins the race.
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

I'm a little nervous on what to say about myself. Well here I go...My name is Veronica and I am a mother to 1 child. A 12 year old boy going on 25! LOL. I am from California but moved to Virginia about 3 years ago. I have not ever been thin. I can say I gained about 100+ lbs since moving out here! I joined SparkPeople to help me get motivated in losing this weight! Also it's free and I have looked around the site and love it especially the menu planner! I also like the Exercise of the Day! My goal along with losing weight, getting healthy and staying healthy is to do the excercise of the day and enjoy the benifits of support help and useful tools this site has to offer.
