emoticon This is a great site. I have just started too. I am entering my 3rd week. I lack motivation but looking at success stories, adding friends, and communicating on the message boards gives me motivation. Also using the nutrition tracker and fitness tracker. I check my SP more often than my FB now. Good luck!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hello and welcome to the team, you can do this just take it one day at a time, know that everyone will fall off the wagon at one point but only you can pull yourself back on, and it sounds like you keep trying so you are still on! There will always be someone around to help you stay on if you want to and you can do it!

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

There is a lot here, but I think that's the beauty of it. You can pick and choose what works for you. I have really enjoyed trying different tools, reading articles and starting my page.

Good luck to you!

Iím Hope. Though itís felt like becoming obese and unhealthy just somehow happened, I know thatís not true. Iím beginning to accept responsibility for my choices and the consequences. Itís hard to change these habits Iíve allowed for so long, but I know it can be done and with a lot of hard work I will do it.

Iím only beginning my journey. Some of the steps Iíve tried so far havenít turned out as I planned, but Iím learning to get back up, look at what worked & what didnít, and try again. Iím hoping that having the support of others in the Spark community will help.

Thatís a glimpse of me. I wish you all well and hope to get to know you better. Beginning on this website is a little overwhelming. So much to take in and I donít really know where or how to startÖ here I go.

Thank you
