I know exactly where you are coming from i too work full time go to college full time and am married with kids. It is crazy! We have been on a roller coaster ride of bad eating habits such as going out to eat too. I lost 66 lbs last year only to put it all back on plus two. I was so mad at myself. Anyway the approach im taking is whatever i eat it must be super nutrient filled like tons of vegetables I dont eat as much fruit but I realize I need to incorporate that. I dont watch my calories too much but I dont eat white bread sugar or pasta. My body honestly cant function when I eat that stuff. so plenty of greens, greek plain yogurt, lots of salmon. And probiotics. I also drink lots of water. I have been back at this for 8 days and have already dropped 19 lbs but I started at 315 lbs so Im sure this is alot of water weight. But before when i lost the 66lbs I dropped that in 5 months doing this. Anyway those are the tips that work for me. Dont let yourself get too hungry then you will want to pig out on crap. I would recommend making sure that you are truly ready in your mind because everyday its mind over matter. I focus on just feeling good everyday. Listen to what your body is saying to you. like if your tired you may need water or a small snack. You will learn when you are truly hungry. It is amazing how empowering it is to have control over your body. Oh I havent been excersising yet but I do have a treadmill i have been thinking about using lol. Good luck its not easy but you can do it!!!!!
Hello and welcome to the team, you can do it just take it slow. It is a learning process and if you try you will figure out what you need to do to get into a routine. I am working full time, rotating shifts and just started back at school. I hate cooking but with time I too will figure out what works. Remember this slow and steady wins the race.

Hello my name is Alecia. I am 34 and need to lose over 100 lbs. I feel that my lack of time to do anything (I work full time, attend college, and have kids/hubby). Which leads to eating out A LOT!
