Hello and welcome to the team, it sounds like you found the right attitude and are off to a great start. Just remember to start slow and work you way up so you do not become too overwelmed. You can do it.
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Hi all! I am a 35 year old wife and mother of 6. I have atleast 102 pounds to loose (122 would be my ultimate goal) and am geared up to go. I started this morning with a 10 mile bike ride and am going to do the same tomorrow morning. I am extremely busy, but must do something for myself and get the me back that I used to be. I am excited to be on the right path and with God and my husband backing me on this, I am off and running (or biking, or walking, or... whatever the exercise of the moment is!)!
Take one day at a time, soon you will be right were you want to be.
