Hi! I'm 39, my name is Michelle, and I have about a total of 235 pounds to lose, I'm down 19.
One little trick I used to make it seem a little less overwhelming is to set my goal for the half way point, but I may set it to quarters, instead. Small chunks are so much less daunting.
No matter what, you can always start over at the next meal or morning, so don't freak out if you have issues here and there. We all have moments, but you can also plan them so you don't feel deprived, reducing the risk of going over board.
