Hi Jenn and welcome you can do this just remember to take it one day at a time and focus on making small changes. Before long your small changes will take you a long ways. Remember slow and steady wins the race and you will have support the whole way.

Hi everyone. My name is Jenn. I am 32 years old and I am here to lose 140 pounds. I was always a little over weight and a few years ago I had a "friend" train me to lose weight and get into bodybuilding. Well, she pretty much just took me for my money and was not the best trainer. So, I slowly went back to my ways and 4 years ago I found out I have Lupus and a blood clotting disorder. I am on medicines and over the course of 3 years I went to 245 pounds. I am only 4'11" and this weight is limiting my ability to live life. I can barely walk to steps without being out of breath. I can barely put on my socks, etc. I feel so disgusting and I want to prove to myself, my daughter, and my partner that I can change my lifestyle and be more active for them. Please guys, I need all the push and motivation I can get!!
