Hello and welcome to the team, You can do this just start with small easily attainable goals like drinking 8 glasses of water or tracking your food ___ days per week, ... then once you get that down for a couple weeks add either another challenge or goal to it. Baby steps have worked the best for me, but everyone is different so just keep trying things till something works.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Hi 30...100+!

Such a cool site! I can't wait to get to know all of you and learn and grown and well, shrink, too. ;D

I've struggled with my weight my whole life but a few years ago I quit smoking and started my own biz at home and really packed on the pounds. So here I am making goals to become a healthier, happier person.

I'm one of those types who needs to held accountable so that's why I'm here introducing myself to you!
