Hello and welcome to the team, You can do this just start with small easily attainable goals like drinking 8 glasses of water or tracking your food ___ days per week, ... then once you get that down for a couple weeks add either another challenge or goal to it. Baby steps have worked the best for me, but everyone is different so just keep trying things till something works.
