Welcome, and glad you found us! It will take time, but eventually you will lose that taste for fast food. Don't forget that every now and then it's ok to have a little, that will really help you from having an all out binge! Everything in moderation! You don't have to change everything all at once. Make one change, and keep building from there. Sounds like you're off to a great start though. Have a wonderful day!

I'm so excited about this website. I'm on day 3 and things are going well. I haven't made myself exercise yet but I haven't eaten fast food at all and have eaten fruits and veggies for all my snacks. That's huge because I'm a fast food junkie. You would think at my age it would have worn off by now. I wish I hated the taste of all that greasy nasty food. I know it will change once I start eating healthy every day. I'll learn to hate the food that keeps my heavy. Good luck today and stay strong.
