Hello and welcome to the team, you will love it here I have a feeling. I stumbled upon the site some time ago and totally fell in love. Just focus on slow and steady.

*** Sharleen *** Motivational captain 30 something challenge

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Hey all... just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Lukie and I am from Missouri. I am 35 and stumbled upon this site tonight. I found it quite interesting and decided to join. I am hoping to make new friends here, who knows what I am going through, so we can encourage and cheer each other on. Im a no drama chickie who is separated with no kids. Im slowly building back my life and one of the things that has to go is this weight. My long term goal is simply to get healthy. But if that means that I'll be looking pretty dang fine while being healthy... well that would be cool too. emoticon
