I had a similar background (work in computers), busy parent (13 and 5 year old now), and used to be tired all the time. Once I lost the weight, my energy levels totally changed and I had energy to spare. It also helped with my sleep apnea (it got rid of it) and which also made a world of difference. At first, the changes weren't obvious but as time went by I could totally see the difference.
You can do this too. You'll be at your goal weight before you know it it!
