Hi there you can do this just take it one day at a time and one step at a time. I have a two year old and a seven year old. They eat like we do.

SP has meal plans and I just cut my portions and add extra veggies for me in comparison to the rest of the family. I have 5 year old twins and an 18 month old. I have started buying Annie's Home Grown Whole Wheat Shell Macaroni and Cheese instead of Kraft and the kids like it. This is a good site too recipes.familyeducation.com/ You can do this!
