If you haven't already I would suggest starting with the trackers. Track your food, water and exercise and start setting goals. Even if the goals are small to start just start working on them. We are all here to make healthy lifestyle changes.
Also, get involved in our challenges and stay involved in our forums. I am a firm believer that you will get out of this site what you put in. Commit to spending time taking care of yourself and everything else will start falling into place!
