Before you even try to make a decision about WLS, get educated about it! I know of several people who had it, some years ago, but have now gained almost all that they lost! Use SP to get support, guidance and motivation. You may just discover, again, how life changing you could be!

There are many drawbacks to weight loss surgery, I encourage you to make an informed decision. This team is very active and supportive. If you make the commitment to lose it again, this team won't let you down. Good Luck!!

I've been gone a year. Moved to another state lost 42 and gained it back. I'm considering weight loss surgery. Please help.
