hello all 30+ male pre diabetic, chronic knee pain, high blood pressure...... the enemy
wife+3 kids motivation to be active and strong for myself first and then for my loved ones.
snacks and sweets are my weakness but I'm getting better... i'll always be honest with myself and the forum and i welcome constructive critism. 237 lbs goal is 205. I'm watching my calories and exercising 5 times a week with 20lbs resistance bands and riding my bike. excersing consistently for about 16 days.
