I'm new to this team after losing 79 pounds and graduating from the 25-50 pounds to lose group. I'm within 20 pounds of my goal and finding it harder and harder to lose even one pound. I've been plateaued for weeks now. I know this is normal, if discouraging, and am just sticking to my routine. Anyone have any tips for breaking the plateau when your goal is in sight?
