Hey everyone, I just joined Spark People to help me continue with my weight loss goals. I have lost 8 lbs already in a month and a half, and would like to at least lose 24 more. Not only to look better but mainly feel better. I have noticed that if I don't get on the treadmill each day it makes me grumpy. So I think it is a habit now. YAY. Wish me luck, as I wish all of you.
