Welcome to the site. The first thing I would suggest doing is to start walking. It's the best thing you can do starting out. Also, track your intake strictly and get yourself a good calorie deficit. The weight will start falling off you :)

Hi friends, I discovered this site while looking for solution to my slip disc problem for which I need to reduce almost 20kgs ASAP w/ doing much strenuous exercises.
