I think that losing 20 lbs in 3 months is attainable but will require a lot of discipline and hard work. I am trying to lose another 10+ lbs by April 30th which is the day that I leave for vacation and don't want to look disgusting in a bathing suit. I have been counting calories, tracking everything I eat, and running about 4 times a week. I need to work on doing more strength training but feel so lost in the gym when it comes time to do it. What's your plan?

I have been a member of Spark for a while now, but never really made the most out of it. I have always loved exercise, but my work schedule never really allowed much time or left enough energy. Needless to say that I am no longer working so I figured instead of sitting at home gaining MORE weight, I might as well stay active. I am in the process of getting my household moved from Ohio to Arizona in June. I figured that I could use that move as a motivator. I want to be in shape to dress for the weather. I have at least 20 lbs. to lose to be at a HEALTHY weight but I am not positive in thinking that I can shed that much weight before I arrive.
