Hello everyone. My name is Rachel and I will be 32 next month. I am a mommy to 2 awesome kids (13 and 7), and 1 step mother to 1 awesome little boy (4). I have to take the first step in my life to get the 20lbs off that I have gained over the last 2 years. This 20lbs haunts me with negative thoughts and feelings on a daily basis and I am more than determined to get it off. My goal is by May 19th. 1.5lbs per week. Seems feasible right?? So here's to more water, and sadly, less soda and coffee in my life. lol Bottoms up!
