It's kind of hard to say, since I don't know what you are doing. But I'd say add something new and fun in to your fitness routine. Are you strength training? That will help your metabolism and slim you down! Congrats to you on the pounds you have lost!

Good luck! Iíve got 14 more to go before Iím at goal which Iím really excited about. Iím concentrating on getting my 6,000 steps per day, eating as cleanly as possible, and sticking to my workout plan 100%. I know that the closer I get, the less room I have for slipups.
