Hi, I am joining you all, I am 35 and have 22 pounds to lose. I used to be very athletic but have let myself go the last few years. I do not like the way I currently look or feel. I am starting today with getting back into exercising. My biggest issue is sugary drinks and lack of movement since I work long hours.
I am 5'10" my starting weight is 174 My goal weight is 152.
I plan to post regularly so it forces me to stick to my goals.
Today is Day 1: It is cold outside but I must go to the gym tonight ... I .will let you all know how I did tomorrow!!!
