I'm 38 years old, and despite having lost approx 80 lbs using Weight Watchers in the past (late 20's, early 30's), I feel super stuck as far as getting healthier. I haven't gained back the weight, but I'm less fit (which means more lumps in places there shouldn't be) than I was about 4 years ago. I think I'm afraid of being on the trajectory to let the middle aged spread take over before I know it. I'd really really like to avoid that by getting back on track and getting fitter (not necessarily losing too much weight, though that would be nice too). I need so support to do that, and I heard good things about this sight...so, wish me luck!
