I had used other weight loss trackers before, so I didn't think I really "needed" the forums either. But then I realized that if I could accomplish it all alone, then I wouldn't still have 20 lbs to lose (a full 4 yrs after losing the first 20 lbs) So, if you want different results, try a different tactic, right?!

Hi there, I am a long time member who didn't feel the need to use the forums when I registered. I thought I could do this on my own. When I joined, I weighed 164 pounds and was prepping to run a 5k, i now weigh 180 and have a very unhealthy relationship with food. I weighed 205 at my heaviest, and am determined not to allow the weight to continue to creep back on. I have a loving partner and children who need me to be healthy, active, and fit!
