Hello. I'm 38 and I've been trying to lose 42 lbs for a year now. I lost 22 since November 2012, and have 20 to go. I plan on reaching my target of 170 by January 16. I paddleboard twice a week for exercise, and I'm thinking about hitting the elliptical twice a week to step it up. Feel free to drop me a message. Good luck to everyone in their goals.
