Hello. My name is Bob. I'm 38 and I've been trying to reach my goal weight of 170 for a year now. I lost 22 lbs. since November 2012, and I have 20 to go. I'm currently at 190. I will reach my target by January 16. I am here to offer motivation, and hopefully to get some also. For exercise I paddle board twice a week. I'm not really into going to the gym, but I'm thinking about hitting the elliptical twice a week. Good luck to everyone in their goals.
