Hi- Trying to get my emotional eating habit under control, I do a lot better with it on the days I work out and get those extra endorphins. Needing to lose atleast 25lbs, to start with. I like working out, just really need to get a handle on the mindless eating and follow my meal plan on here. Nice to meet you all.
