I am right there with you!! One thing I TRY to do is remind myseld almost daily how I will feel one month from now...if I keep it up I will probably be down a few pounds and feel good on the other hand if I give up then at the end of the month I just think I should have stuck to it and how bad I feel for not trying! Hope that all makes sense LOL

Hi Paiseyy! I can totally relate, I also get easily bored with new initiatives (especially exercise). I have changed my mindset from "diet" to "healthy changes" knowing these efforts have to become a permanent part of me if I don't want to gain it all back. Started with the food changes, not much on the exercise side. They say it takes 6 weeks to develop a new habit and it has been completely true of the changes I've made, and worth the effort!

I am giving this "living healthy" business another shot. Problem is, I don't stay with it very long. I tend to become bored easily with exercise and eating healthy. I need your motivational tips! Please add me!!
